Dennis was born in Cleveland, and grew up in Virginia. He spent the past decade in the Northwest, living in Portland, Oregon, while pursuing a degree in Architecture from Portland State University.

Dennis just recently moved across the country with his fiancee to experience Brooklyn first hand, and apartment searching was one of the many hurdles he had to jump along the way. Today, Dennis has a first-hand understanding of how stressful, and sometimes frustrating the moving process can be, and he makes it his priority that his professional services include provision of accurate information of value, allowing his clients to make the best decisions quickly as to what would work for them.

Having a profound connection to and an immense love for architecture and city life, Dennis has an eye for space and specializes in understanding what works best for each person, and finding them the near-exact fit.
