Although born and raised in Brooklyn, in her professional life Sheretha preferred Manhattan over her true hometown. Having worked in the corporate America for over a decade, she turned Manhattan of the 1990’s into her playground. In the early 2000’s, her longing of the homesickness variety began, and she became infinitely appreciative and fond of her Brooklyn roots. Brooklyn’s diverse cultures and transformed landscape made her fall in love with her borough all over again.

At first, Sheretha developed a keen interest in the real estate industry as an investor. Early on in her ensuing brokerage career, she became dismayed by the often skewed business practices associated with the brokerage arm of the industry. She took a sabbatical to re-evaluate her interest in being involved in an industry that seemed to have such a negative image. After careful consideration, Sheretha realized that – especially if associated with a brokerage firm whose tenets include professional integrity and adherence to the highest available dicta of ethics – each individual can make a difference… and that each individual can separate themselves, AND their profession, from negative stereotypes.

Although Sheretha has only been with Ideal Properties Group for a short while, she has already made many remarkable strides. She is well on her way to becoming one of the firm’s top producing agents.

Sheretha lives vicariously through her clients’ needs and expectations – and after many years of experience in the brokerage business, she continues to hone and cultivate her craft for the sole benefit of her clients.
