Clive Gumbs comes from the luxurious resorts island of Anguilla in the Caribbean, following a 25-year love-affair (that still endures) with nature's little secret, The British Virgin Islands.

Clive attended university in Henderson, Tennessee and real estate school in Chicago, Illinois before returning to the Islands where he had a brief stint working in real estate, primarily with luxurious apartment rentals and appraisals. A few years ago, Clive migrated to scenic Brooklyn to join his family.

Coming from a hotel industry background, Clive knows the customer comes first and believes in the philosophy that good service is good business. He knows quality, he is natural, honest, sincere and welcoming at all times. He enjoys windsurfing, playing all sports when he can and is a Certified Tennis Professional.
